Indian passport holder can get the visa on arrival in Singapore?

Indian passport holders need to apply for a visa in advance at the Singapore Embassy or consulate in New Delhi, Chennai or Mumbai.
Only visa holder already in Singapore may request extension in Singapore.

Visa and Entry Requirements for Foreigners

All visitors to Singapore must meet the following entry requirements:
• Valid travel document (minimum validity = 6 months);
• Onward / return ticket;
• Entry facilities to next destination;
• Sufficient funds to stay in Singapore and
• Visa for Singapore (if applicable)

India is an assessment level I country.
Procedure
For Applications in Singapore (for extension of a previous visa)
Submit your visa application online via Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) through a local contact with a SingPass account.

For Applications Overseas
Submit your visa application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission. Please visit the respective Mission's website for their visa application procedures.
