Is Obama a US citizen?

If we were truly living under the Constitution, Hillary Clinton would be unqualified to be appointed from the United States Senate to Secretary of State. Yet, no one, not Barack Obama, nor the American media, is offering any explanation of how her appointment can be Constitutional. Other American Presidents who disregarded the “Emoluments Clause” of the Constitution were Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, who both got away with it, as will Barack Obama. President George W. Bush who wanted to nominate Senator Orin Hatch for the Supreme Court was told that would be Unconstitutional and he accepted that ruling and did not nominate Hatch.

a little over half the people in America voted for this obama criminal only because they either never voted before and never payed attention to any issues or the news they were recieving was left leaning I sure get a kick out of what people are saying after I tell them to look up "how obama got elected" its all over the internet

It is only unconstitutional for Clinton to be both a Senator and Secretary of State. If she resigns her seat in the Senate, it is perfectly acceptable for her to take the position of Secretary of State.

There is no violation of the constitution for Hillary (or any other sitting Senator or Representative) to accept a nomination for another office as long as they resign their senate or house seat on doing so.

The constitution prohibits them from serving as both. It does not prohibit them from resigning to accept another office.

To run for president you have yo be 35 and older, an official united states citizen and you record has to be crispy clean so if hes not a citizen he wouldn't be president elect right now that's all I'll say..

I'll answer the question and not the long commentary about Hillary that has nothing to do with the question.

YES, Obama is a Natural Born Citizen.

He was born on the same Island I live on in the Hawaiian Islands..which is that 50th star you see on the flag.
Why do so many have to question this ? Is it a good way to put someone down ? If he was not able to run for president I would understand a little better. The Statewide Newspaper ' The Honolulu Advertiser " reported that after 5,000 requests for copies of his Birth Certificate they would no longer give it up to anyone else other then Obama himself. They even re-ran the original Birth Announcement.
I think that's enough to answer that... regarding Hillary obviously she will give up her seat on the Senate once she takes her new office. This is a 'transition' which means what it says.. as they transfer responsibilities seats open up, etc. . I don't think the media needs to explain that.
