Yes. Embassies and military facilities are considered sovereign United States soil, regardless of where they are.

No they're not, military bases are not Sovereign territory and remain the property of the country in question, which is why the major USAF base in the UK is called RAF Lakenheath.

No, the land remains part of the country where it is located. Even Guantanemo remains legally part of Cuba, which is why the US placed it's prison there, as it was outside of US legal jurisdiction, at least technically. Generally, there are leasing agreements that govern how long the US can remain at a particular post, and they have to be renewed before they expire. If they aren't renewed, the US will pull out, as it did in the Philippines from Subic Bay and Clark AFB, when the US and the Philippines couldn't reach agreement on the terms of the lease. US military personnel remain under the jurisdiction of the host country, however, the US negotiates SOFA, Status of Forces Agreements with the host countries, agreements that limit that jurisdiction to a considerable extent.

In the case of a military base its exact status is a matter of agreement between the countries but it is never sovereign US territory. At most it has "extraterritorial status" wherein the other country agrees not to enter it without permission.

In most cases, military bases are joint use facilities overseas, with military presence from the host country and often other countries. For example the USAF base Incrilik at Adana Turkey is actually a Turkish base with an exclusively American section to it. It's called Incirlik CDI (Common Defense Installation) or it was, I should say, not sure what they call it now.

Contrary to what many beliieve, embassies and consulates are not US territory. They are explicitly extraterritorial in that the host government cannot enter without permission. But they are not our soil.

No, absolutely not. US bases are the sovereign property of the host nation. The US military operates only as long as the host nation permits it. The legal status of US military personnel is governed by a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Generally, US military personnel are subject to all laws of the host nation.
