Well not called that but i've seen someone attach a catapult to a plate with fancy feast on it to throw the neighbors cat back over their fence.

Squirrels? Now why would anyone want to fling a squirrel? Besides the obvious comedic affect it would have of the terrorized squirrel somersaulting end over end 30 feet in the air what possible prospects could such a product hold? And think of the dangers! What if one were flung into someones face? Squirrels are the 149Th top way people loose eyeballs in this country according to what I just said! What will they come up with next?
