im a filipina, My boyfriend is a danish so he invited me to visit him, i am holding a tourist visa for 90 days, now hes concerned, about that i am pregnant for three months, that it made him realize to marry me here in denmark for the sake of the baby and of course he is so much inlove with me. but we both dont know how to go about it, so hoping that someone out there could help us.....thank you....god bless all

no problem, it was better that both of you first do merry than go for child but now just do merriage and then submitt merriage documents in the immigration and citizenship department, first you will be issed temporary stay visa meanwhile you will get permanent visa, do hurry you will have to file the documents before your 90 days visa expired |

I find it hard to believe your boyfriend is Danish and he doesn't know the Danish law..or obtaining a marriage license.. He may be able to marry you but that does not guarantee you'll be able
to stay in Denmark.. I am living in Denmark for over 20 years..
I have permanent residence but I obtain it before the change in the recent law.I think your Boyfriend is not being honest with you..
Why I don't know..another thing is because your pregnant is also not a guarantee you'll be able to stay...! Good Luck og god jul !
