You can apply for a dependent visa for her. You must prove you can support her. She cannot get authorization to work, she cannot freelance, she cannot start a business -- nothing at all! If approved, her visa expires when yours does and she must return with you to your country of citizenship before it expires. There is no grace period for employment visas, so if you lose your job, you both catch the next flight out of the US. No excuses, no extensions.
