The movie is BASED ON the current reigning Queen of England, the one who recently visited the U.S., but obviously the real queen did not play herself in the movie.
I haven't actually seen the movie, but I know the trailers discuss the death of Princess Diana, and the same Queen has reigned since long before then. |
