i have a friend who wants to go to the u.s. but her status is single in all of her papers but she is already married and has not been using the husband's name for 12 yrs.if she filed for an application, will the u.s. embassy contact the national statistics office in the philippines to have a background check?do they have an access or way to have it checked?

The requirements have change fot the interview at the US Embassy in Manila, your friend will now have to bring a NSO Cenomar to her interview to prove that she is not married. |
