There are visas available to enter the US, but none that would be based on the relationship between the UK citizen and either the unborn child or the pregnant US citizen.

You must be able to prove a relationship with a person in order to be sponsored to work/live in the US. Unfortuanelty the only relationship or connection is between the UK Citizen and the Infant, becuase there is no marriage. Children cannot sponsor adults for a green card. You must be at least 18.
