K-1 VISA. Need help. My case came back to USCIS from my embassy?

After 3 three Interview in four months and house check from the embassy employee my case send back to USCIS. What next? What should I do? Can somebody able to help me.

You can make an Infopass appointment at USCIS so you will be able to talk to somebody there about the status of your case and know the reason why your case was sent back to the USCIS.

Your petition was was returned to USCIS because the consular officer did not believe that the relationship was genuine, and I'm sure that he or she explained this at the time of the final interview. Since K-1 petitions expire three (or four - I forget and don't feel like looking it up) months after the date they are approved, there is nothing you can do; in fact, the officer did not even have to return it for revocation: it is automatically revoked if the visa is not issued within that time limit.

The only thing to do is to either file a new petition or - far better - get married and live together for a while. Then file for a CR-1 and perhaps a consul will be more convinced that the relationship is genuine.
