K-1 Visa (I-129F); how do I prove who my Fiance really is?

I see that I would need my foreign fiance to fill out this form:
http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf
but other than the photograph, proof that we met, the interview, and that form, are there any OFFICIAL documents or copies thereof that he would need to prove his identity?

I ask because, I have just recently started looking into the K-1 Visa process and I find it hard to believe that this one form--the G-325A--is the only biographical proof that he needs.

Is this so?

It is. They can't do anything else for a verbal vow except get the information. If the marriage isn't in paper by the Visa is up, they'll be able to look you up and notify you etc.

The onus of proof is on your fiance(e) when their turn comes for interview. All pictures, emails, snail mails, will be required as proof of relationship.
