K1- Visa Requirements

My petition for K1 visa by my American fiance is already submitted and on process, I am a Filipina and based here in Singapore for 2 years now. US Embassy Singapore will be processing my approved K1 petition later on. I am worried on one of the requirements - Police Clearance, should I go back to the Philippines and secure each one of them from the places I've resided since aged 16 or the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) Clearance authenticated by Philippine Embassy and a Singapore Police Clearance would do? Any response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
