hi pplz i need directions in houston of where to obtain the matricula consular. i will appreciate if someone can pliz help mii where someone can get the matricula consular in houston.

o and can someone also inform mii how much is needed to obtain one, i heard it was 27 but i also read it cost 28, so idk, *help* pronto.
