As i lost my Pakistani Passport with student visa in pakistan, do i need to apply for the whole student visa procedure again or will they be able to give me visa again on new passport?

Did you report the loss of your passport to the police as you should? Did you report the loss of your passport with your visa in it to the embassy? Might be a problem if your answer to these questions is no. What if someone who looks like you is currently running around claiming to be you? If it's the US, it would be a bit more difficult, given our preference for capturing fingerprints, photos and the requirment for the I-20. But if you want us to help you, you need to step up and do the reporting as soon as possible. and yes, if it's a US student visa you need to replace, it will cost you the visa fee again. Not the embassy's fault you didn't hang on to your important documents. |

It would seem reasonable to me, that if you've done nothing to violate the terms of your passport or visa, you could simply apply to have them replaced (at your cost, of course) You shouldn't have lost your rights, just because you lost the papers that document them. |

You have a VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM... the unforgivable sin is to lose a passport. |

Firstly, if you haven't already, you need to report your passport as lost/stolen to the police - trust me, I learnt this the hard way.
But in answer to your question, I imagine you will have to undergo the whole thing again as they will need to verify you are who you say you are etc |
