Received ok from uscis, to bring my wife and her two children from Cambodia to USA, But when we went to US EMBASSY the consular thought. my wifes divorce in 2001 from her Cambodian husband fraud. as she did not know exact date of divorce. then our marriage paper says april 12 instead of the correct date of april 2. but in Cambodia in a Buddhist wedding you dont get the marriage paper the same day as in USA/ A my ex wife who i was married to 8 years was from Vietnam, I brought her back from the Vietnam war, Now this has been in ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW 7 MONTHS, The chief consular sent a letter Oct 1 to my Senator , Senator Lugar of Indiana, the letter stated the thought ORIGINALLY SOME ASPECTS OF OUR RELATIONSHIP FRAUDAULANT"" We have over 500 e mail 32 letters. a $200 amonth phone bill top Cambodia, my passport showing 3 trips in 1 year, Marriage photos, WHAT ELSE DO THEY WANT TO PROVE A RELATIONSHIP

Get an affidavit from the Local Civil Registry where you registered your marriage to prove that it is not fraudulent.

Isn't it possible to just get married again, in the US or even a 3rd country?
