May i travel on VISA having passport mistake?

I had VISA from UAEEXCHANGE Company from dubai.My passport no. is E5093974,But on VISA it is written as 5093974.I consulted that matter with company . they siad it is of no problem as they discussed it already with embassy

You are traveling on company time and have already brought it to their attention. If they say it is ok, then go. Have a wonderful time!

I dont think there should be a major problem with that.. but once again speak with the Company to change and more over you are travelling on employement visa it better to get it changed, or atleast get it changed once you land in Dubai

I don't think there should be any problem, most especially if the company you're involved with said they've resolved the issue with the embassy. Have a safe trip!
