Me and my Partner want to get his parents to the UK from Iraq to visit, how do we get the right documents?

They are from Kurdistan and have passports what other documents will they need to come and visit us in the Uk?

the immigration authorities will be very very suspicious of this. they will believe that your parents will stay here - you will have to convince them otherwise. all the information you need however is on the Border and Immigration Agency website:

I suspect that hidden in this question is the desire for the parents, once they are here, to stay and like the rest claim benefits off the poor under pressure indigenous population. Please, let them stay where they are, our burden is at breaking point.

Nothing! - Just tell them to fly over & claim political asylum when they get here. They will be given money and probably also somewhere to live.
