If you are looking for a Canadian EMBASSY, look for one in your country, if there is one there. Or a Canadian Consulate.

If you are in one of the Commonwealth Countries, no Canadian Embassies; rather (I think) they are called High Commissioners Offices.

you need to have some experience with labor and canadian law, plus perhaps some career in advance, you might have to occur somethings to get what you want. Get a migration lawyer, go for sure thing and collect back 50% if not helped enough. That is legal to an extent.
