hi,
mine friend work illegal in canada, his canada was now keep by canada authority, he want to go back now, should he go to try to take it back from the canada authority? will he get fine or jail?
or should he just go to malaysia ambassy and get a temporary passport to come back?

Your post is hard to understand. If he is working illegally there is a good chance he is going to be deported.
He should go to the Canadian Government office that took his passport and ask them what he has to do to get his passport and leave the country. There is a good chance he is going to have to pay a fine. |

the Malaysian embassy, will not give him a temporary passport,when one commits a fault, the own embassy does not help, and works with the authorities, who kept the passport;
as to go and take it back to the authorities? i do not think that is possible, you will end up in jail faster than you can think.
not sure what he can do but wait, he might be deported or else....... |

The Canadian immigration authority has valid reasons to withhold your friend passport for working illegally without a proper working permit and your friend should be convicted under the Canadian immigration laws and be deported back to Malaysia. If your friend are not arrested by the Canadian Authority yet, may be you could seek HELP from the Malaysian Embassy immediately. |
