so? are you both in Syria? not sure i understood you correctly? so, you are an US citizen? if so, you may address yourself to the US embassy in Syria,
you usually have to apply from within the US.
unless you were to get married in Syria first......

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Who is the US citizen? Your gf? I think no matter where she is, the pettition of the fiance visa needs to be filled out and given to american embassy. It takes about a year to process, before you find out if it has gotten approved. It's a long process. |
