My bro got b1-b2 and he is now in us. but mistake has taken place in his i-156.that he is married and infact he is not....it was very silly mistake from his side that he signed without looking into the form. now he is coming back and wants to correct this ......how can ve take care....and he fears that Visa office might cancel his visa...plz let me know as my bro is plang to come back from bussiness so i can help him to correct it...

It is not necessary to correct the error if it was in fact simply a mistake. As long as he does not try to adjust his status or apply for another type of visa related to his marital status, it will not be an issue. For future reference, as he is a business man, he really should read something before he signs it.
