being that she is from the phillipines or what ever country they will look to see if there is anything for her to return to. For example if she is in college and has 2 or more years in that would be a reason for her to return. How wealth her family is makes a huge difference her education also if she has a doctorate degree they will have less of a problem even if they think she will stay than if she can't read or write. the more eduction she has the better and they ask for bank statements for all countries that require a visa not just the phillipines. It wouldn't matter when the money went into the account for all they know her grandfather recently passed and left her alot of money and she wants to travel in order to advance her education. also it would be best for her not to mention you as her fiance, and I would tell her not to mention you at all use a female member of your family as her person of contact. then if it is on your mind to get married once she is her you can. there is a loophole that says you can meet fall in love and get married. She must be from the Philippines. This is a common rumor over there. They believe that the key to getting a tourist visa to the USA is money in the bank. It doesn't matter how much she has in the bank.

US immigration law requires all visitors be treated as immigrants. It's then up to the visitor to PROVE that he/she will not immigrate and will return to his/her own country. This is the approach the US consular officer will use when interviewing her for the tourist visa.

What matters are significant ties to her own country. The best evidence are things like.... a letter from her employer stating that she's on leave of absence and her job is waiting for her upon her return, mortgage papers for her home or an apartment lease, car registration, stock and bond certificates, school enrollment papers.

If she uses a bank account as a part of this evidence she'll need to show a year's worth of statements so that the embassy can be sure the money didn't just magically appear a month ago.

If she is from the Philippines you're wasting your time. As a fiancee they'll never, ever grant her a tourist visa. They'd know full well there's no chance of her going back. She'd get married in the USA and adjust status.
