My girlfriend works at a US Embassy abroad, and I wanted to know since she works at a US embassy,?

would it be easier for her to get a visa to United states?, I would assume so since she works at an Embassy, she has been here in America twice already but also when she tried to apply for a visa the third time they denied her, after that she applied 2 more times and again they denied her without a reason, after denying her for the last time she was called for an interview at the US Embassy and as Ironic as it may sound she got the job. Since she works for the embassy now, would it be easier for her to get the visa??..Please if you know the procedures help me thanks

Well, did she get a job in the consular section. Probably not, I would guess. Since she's been turned down 3 times for a visa, and it's very unlikely it was without reason, I wouldn't want to bet she'll get a visa now. Maybe after she's worked for the embassy for a while, but embassy employers also overstay from time to time and fail to return, just like other folks.

All applicants are expected to meet the same visa issuance guidelines in order to receive a visa, whether they work at the embassy or not. The best your girlfriend can expect, based on her employment, is professional courtesy in the scheduling of her appointment, based on an official referral.

Getting a visa is all about ties to another country. I see that she's been to the USA twice already. That's in her favor.

Getting the job in the embassy isn't based on her ties to the country, it's based on her ability to do the job. Apparently someone thinks she's good.

Even though she has a good job at the embassy, she may have run into a consular officer on a bad day, the embassy's job may not be all that good compared to a job in America, or she mentioned having a boyfriend in the USA and is a single female. These would work against her.

If she works at the embassy, she already knows what the visa requirements are. It'll be easier since she may dodge some of the scheduling hassles, but anyone who signs her visa application has to put his name on it indicating he is confident she'll come back. If it were I, my name wouldn't go on her application merely because she's an FSN. That helps, but it's not enough.

i have been turned down for a US visa twice for the same reason; i dont have enough ties to my country.....i dont understand this because i have bin married for hour years i have a stable job and i live in my own house. is it legal for them just to turn you down like that. they dont even ask you for supporting documents for anything.
