we cant live in cyprus because of the job he is doing and i need to know if you know where i can go to get him a passport or how or a webpage that i can get informations. thankss

If you want to find out about visas i would go to the website of the country you want to get him a passport from (you can find it on google) and look up the terms of a passport, but as you're married it shouldn't be a problem to get him citizenship. Oh, and strictily militant is a bit of a facist and a discriminator. |

To obtian a passport, the individual must meet the criteria for citizenship of that country.
In the case of Cyprus:
1. The individual is born in Cyprus, OR;
2. If any of his or her parents was a citizen at the time of the birth, OR;
3. By registration - if he or she is married to a citizen of the Republic and the two have lived together for at least two years (in Cyprus), OR;
4. By naturalization - if certain qualifications are satisfied, including continuous residence for seven years (in Cyprus).
Since your question seems to indicate that your husband does not meet any of the four criteria given above, he cannot apply for citizenship and thus is ineligible for a Cyprus passport. |
