Yeah the British consulate in whichever region you are marrying in. But I do warn you also, Spain is a dreadful place, looks can be very deceptive, its a very very bad place not how people make out. |

Go to the Spanish consulate over there, when I had my passport nicked by a vile Spaniard I needed to go to the embassy, there were loads and loads of Marriage applications pinned on the wall.
But Spain is not a good place anymore think carefully, it isnt just about sun sand and sangria. |

Are you living in Spain,or in the UK?I am American,and my wife is Spanish.We got the necessary papers from the American Consulate here in Valencia,Spain.We had to get married in the civil court because I am not Catholic.We were married in 1981,and it was much more difficult at that time.You will have to check with the Spanish consulate in the UK,but it should not be a problem.We live in Valencia,and I am a legal resident and home owner here. |
