Even simply as a foreigner interested in visiting the US, you are able to apply for a visa. The consular officer at the embassy in Dhaka will then determine if you are legally eligible and qualified for a visa. The determination will be based upon, among other things, your reason to visit the US, the financial resources available to provide for your trip, your ties to Bangladesh, and the likelihood of your compliance with all visa requirements.

Just apply for a tourist visa to the American Embassy. They will determine your resources, your job, your latest bank statement and on top of that they will make secret enquiry about your sister, her place of residence, her status, her job. If the embassy is satisfied that you are telling true to the questionaire you will be issued visa or they can say show the return air ticket within a week when visa will be granted. |
