I am not sure if that organization is genuine but just to make sure I would call USCIS directly 1-800-375-5283 or I would try to set up an appointment with an immigration lawyer and ask. Be very careful because people love to scam in this matter and take advantage of your time and money. Best of luck!

You cannot get a Green Card through usafis, it's merely to do with the getting you involved US immigration lottery
Usafis is a private entity and is not a governmental agency.

Like all scams, they are convincing. You stand as much chance of getting a Green Card through the Immigration Lottery as a snowfall in the centre of London during a specific day in July or August and certainly usafis could not assist you however much you pay them

If they asked for money then No probaly not.
As really only the state department can issue such documents.
I hope for you that I am wrong.
However I think thats is how it works..

No, the only genuine site to apply is http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1322.html and it is free to enter. there is even a fraud warning against companies charging fees

The 2010 lottery is already closed. He will have to wait until October to apply for 2011 - applications are only accepted between October and December.

regarding my qualification i failed my form 6 examination,and i won one of the usafis organisation green card lottery, wil i be able to get a visa for this.
