I can't go to US to be with my fiance because of my mom's and my brother's names. I had an interview in US Embassy in Phnom Penh in Cambodia once before my interview in Thailand, they showed me the pictures of a woman and a boy, and then they asked me who are they. I told them that I didn't know them. As matter of that that's the true answer but they said I lied to them. They said that woman and that boy are my mom and my brother. You think I cannot reconige my mom and my brother? Indeed, there is anyone used my mom's and my brother's names to get into the US. However,I tried to clear it out but the people in the US Embassy both in Thailand and in Cambodia didn't care us. And now my fiance visa was denied by this reason. I really don't know what can I do to make them understand about this case if they didn't let us to explain. Hope to get the answer from you all. Thanks

No, the US embassy doesn't care what you want. It cares if you abide by the US immigration laws.
If you can't figure out what happened between you and a couple of consular officers in Bangkok and Phnom Penh, why on earth do you think that a bunch of people who weren't there and know nothing about visa law can advise you?
Or is this just a rant in hopes of sympathy? |

Do not stick to psuedo-terrorist nations (or nations that we are not on good terms with) like cambodia or thialand - or asia as a whole
my suggestion is to raise funds and go to a country in europe, primarily finland, sweden, switzlerland or belgium.. if you cannot get anything accomplished there, then i would suggest legally changing your names
