i have B1B2 visa and im here in US since nov.14 and im gonna get married,do i need to go back to my country?i just wanna know what im suppose to do and what gonna happened to me?

Getting married does NOT mean you can stay in the U.S. You must return to your own country and your spouse can apply for a spousal visa for you...but this can easily take 2 to 3 years. It is NOT easy. If you overstay your B-1 visa, you only hurt your own case. See below to read about spousal visa.
