Need Urgent help regarding Canadian Student Visa?

Bank statement= 22-25 lacs rupees
Property=30-40 lacs
1st year fees has been paid.
My college per year fees is $11104
course= 3 years
Am I safe financially? I also want to know one thing. I'll be living with my relatives till the end of my studies, so will it help me for visa because I will not have to pay all the expenses. How do I have to prove to them that I'll leave Canada after my studies?
Please help me someone.

No they are not my parents. I will live with my uncle's family( brother of my father). I have asked them to send a letter explaining our relationship and that they will support me till the end of my studies. So will I get the Visa easily?

financially? you look capable,and apt to assume the cost,
the most important? is proof on you home relations, family ties,(back in your home)
not sure if the fact that you have family in Canada will help or not? all depends how their immigration went about? it might make immigration think that indeed you will want to stay, are theses relatives:parents? if it is your parents? i truly think, it will count against you, but? if it were your parents? you would be with them............?.
