Need advice for k-visa.!!!!!?

I am currently a student at college and will graduate in 2009. i have a fiance who lives in Ukraine and i want to apply for papers to bring her here. I heard that immigration service request income info. to prove that i can provide her financially. Because i am a student i did not made allot of money past years. Also i get allot of financial help from my parents. My question is, can i include my parents income for my application? and will my fiance have less chances in getting visa?

Yes, you can have your parents as co-sponsor for you to meet the income requirement to petition your fiance.If you have complied all other requirements I don't think it will lessen her chance in getting K-1 visa.Good luck.

You can have your parents co-sponsor her, but I don't think I would advise this. Your parents will be financially responsible for her for a period of ten years. I know that you believe that the marriage will last forever, and I hope it does, but if it doesn't, your parents would even be responsible to reimburse the state, local or federal government for any aid she receives during this time.
Do you really feel comfortable putting your parents in such a position?
