Now in state with K3/K4 visa but got now my CR1?

hello guyz,
i just need some explaination bout my visas hope anybody out there can help me.the situation is this... i;ve been here now in state with my daughter for 4 months for K3/K4 visa and just yesterday, we got recieved a mail from NVC the CR1-conditional spouse of US citizen,it says that the process of my case is complete so i have teh interview date next month in manila embassy.
what is it? im here alraedy in US,do i need to get back to the philppines for another interview? please anybody help me... pleasee..

K-3 is a Non-Immigrant Visa. It allows you to stay in the United States until your Green Card petition is complete. CR-1 (Conditional Resident) is an Immigrant Visa. It allows you to live in the United States.

Your husband must have applied for both. This is common. You do not have to do anything. You are already in the USA. You will be Conditional Resident for 2 years. After 2 years you and your husband will have to apply to have the conditional status removed. At that point you'll get a Permanent Green Card.
