Pending Admin. Process?

Dear All .

my visa interview was in Apr2008. it was easy interview , the officer asked for my passport and kept it in the file . He told me that the passport will be mailed back to you in 3 weeks with the visa . it is over 3 months now and i have not received the passport .

all what i got is that the case is pending Administrative process.

how long it will take to get the visa ?
why they asked for the passport if the case needs more process????

i called the embassy and their answer is that the case is pending admin.process. they even never answered why they kept the passport or even where is it .

also they do not like to inform me what is the Admin.Process or how long it will take .

Please advise .

you need to get in touch with the embassy ,and ask about your passport, that is a long time to keep it......and not receiving any news? it might have been sent? or lost?
get in touch with them.
