well, i have a friend who is 18 years young, he was born in Houston, TX (but his parents are from Nicaragua)
anyways, he lives in Nicaragua but he wants to come to USA, but his parents wont let him, and his parents confiscated all his papers so he wont leave the country, theres nothing really he can do, because the police are paid off by his parents,
what can he do?
i suggested him to sign up for the army online,
would that be a good idea?
or can he contact security in the USA then have the FBI get him or something, because he does not hold ANY identification or anything or proof

He's an American citizen due to his birth in the US. At 18, he is considered an adult by the US government. He needs to get a copy of his birth certificate (he should have you help him obtain it from the city of Houston). Then he should go to the US Embassy in Managua with this birth certificate, and his Nicaraguan id, and apply for a US passport.
Your other suggestions (army and FBI blah blah) are crazy! They are completely irrelevant.
Get his birth certificate from Houston, go to the US Embassy, get a US passport, buy tickets, come to the US. |

With a birth certificate he will still need some way to identify himself as the person on the certificate...
The birth certificate is easy he can order it online:

But he must obtain some kind of identification in order to get a US passport or travel papers. If he has such he can go to the nearest consulate and possibly get temporary documents to allow him to go tothe US. Once he is here where will he go?
He can sign up for the military if qulaified but he has to be processed in and he'll have to go to a US MEPS facility. I don't think they have any outside US territory. |
