Please read....my mother is dying?

My mother suffered from breast cancer. She had a breast removed but the cancer has spread.

My father fought for Singapore in the war (Singapore won). He passed away when I was 9 years old. I and my mother has been facing financial difficulties ever since.

I need the Government of Singapore to financially support a medical treatment (in Singapore) for my mother (who was born in Vietnam and not a Singaporean citizen). I am not in Singapore. How can I do this? Who should I contact?

My father sacrificed severely for Singapore's independence. He had to survive on raw cassava and the cold jungle. By the time the war ends, my father and his fellow Singaporean fighters believe the rifle on their shoulders weigh more than they do.
