Sorry, you obviously were "denied" for any number of reasons. You could possibly try again, but I doubt the results would be any different. We are, afterall, a Country of laws. I am sorry for you not being able to visit your "ancestor". Is this "ancestor ill"? Is this "ancestor part of your immediate family?? Lots of questions here. There are also a lot of not very nice people who would love to gain entrance into our Country to cause us harm. All of this figures into the acceptance of any Visa or the denial.

You can try and apply again citing your relative's health, but unless something fundamental has changed re the reason you got refused the first time, you are likely to get refused again.
