my husband is an american guy, we applied for CR1 visa when it was time to fill I-864 file and my husband still study he used his dad as a household so he fill I-864A one used his dad's name and another file used his brother's name as extra income but not our house's primary income
NVC asked us to get his brother birth certificate we only have wallet paper coz his brother born abroad not in USA now my interview going to be in October so i need to know is this going to delay our visa or we can only use his dad's file

You don't need more than one identifiable source of income on an i864/A.
