If you was banned from the US for a few (3years +) years and you finished your ban time is it then ok to apply for a any visa with no trouble?

What if you have been offered a job placement in and during your ban time can the employer still go through the process or will it be denied?

The ban means that you are not allowed to apply for a visa to the US until your ban is lifted. This means that if your ban is now over, you may now apply for a US visa. However, that does not guarantee you getting a visa, in fact since you have previously received a ban, they will look at your situation harder than they would for a person who has not had a ban.
If you find a job in the US while your ban is still in place, you will still not receive a visa. Only under extreme conditions will you receive a visa (such as a close relative in the US is dying) and even then your chances aren't good. |

Since the time has lapsed for you to apply for a visa again then you can just go ahead when you feel best prepared to apply for a visa but be prepared for an in-depth and longer than average processing time as this will be an uphill battle for you. Best of luck with that. |

if you are offered a job while you are on ban, no, you will not be allowed to enter the US,it will be denied, a ban to entry to the US? does not make exception for entry,
after the ban is over? you might apply for reentry, not sure of the results?
it will not be without trouble, that is the consequence of being banned. |

i went to US on 2005 and overstayed for 6 months and then came back to my country. the immigration officer did not stamped or reject my visa altough i got 1 year visa validity at that time . now i want to apply again for tourist visa, my ban time starts now when i m going to apply or it started the day i came back to my country ??? plzzz i neeed assistance on this |
