I have posted about my wifes Admin/Review at US EMBASSY,in Phnom Penh Cambodia. married in Buddhist wedding, April of 2006, April of 2007 USCIS approved wife, went to Cambodia US EMBASSY , CO at embassy put wife on ADMIN/REVIEW,
Because she was divorced 7 years ago, he asked her why divorced she could not explain in English that he beat the HELL, OUT OF HER AND TWO DAUGHTERS.
Then in October SENATOR LUGAR said all paper work now checked out and ok/I also called the state department a nuber of times,in fact just talked to state department last friday, they also agreed, all paper work found ok relationship valid.
Was told by state department though on November 3 2007, that a FIELD INVESTIGATION IS GOING ON NOW TO VERIFY THAT MY WIFE AND EX HUSBAND NOT LIVING TOGETHER.
Any way on SEPT 22 2007, SENATOR LUGAR RECEIVED LETTER THAT STILL INVESTIGATING MAYBE 1 MORE MONTH, Then last week SENATOR LUGAR received another letter from embassy dated JAN23 SAME LETTER AS SEPT 22/ BUT NO SIGNATURE

"married in Buddhist wedding"... did you have marriage registration done over there? If not... that IS the problem.
Similar situation occurred very often throughout SE Asia, when couple met over the internet and relationship was only a few months before they submitted application for visas.
Both of you need to provide solid evidence of relationship. How you've met.. when.. how you communicate.. etc.
In cases that foreign spouses are unable to communicate in English at all, it's likely that visas will be delayed and denied.
Letters isssued by embassies or USCIS do not have signature. |
