i mean marker on my passport, my friend has a conviction but ticked he didnt to get a visa waiver and he got in, i did the waiver correctly and it got declined but now im thinking to lie just to get one and go to america???

If you were denied a visa waiver, you have to get a visa, go through the correct process to get the visa, go to the interview, tell the truth, and you are likely to be fine...it is too late to lie. It does depend on what your conviction is for whether you'll qualify for a visa...I'm assuming that's the reason for your denial.
As long as it is not a drug or morals charge, or major felony you should be fine. |

Lie now and you will be barred forever for committing perjury on any visa or immigration-related application. You are already marked and unlikely to be able to enter the US anyway, but perjury guarantees you will be barred.
As for your friend who already lied, his perjury will be discovered, he will be deported and permanently barred. These things are found out sooner or later. |
