My son married a French Citizen about four years ago. He is having a baby girl. He has granted P.R. and how to apply for French Citizen.

Depends:
1) are they in France? If so, go to the PrÃ©fecture for citizenship and get paperwork done
2) Overseas: go to French embassy/consulate for paperwork, which will take longer.
