I want to act as a representative of overseas company in India. Anybody has any idea or know of persons/companies who want to open office/business in India? Any help will be appreciated...

Sorry to say but I am afraid you may not be able to achieve your goal through these columns.
It is better first decide your expertise and then search the related companies' site or the products and then through them to the concerned people. Because the CEOs of big cos. may not have so much free time to visit these conversation sites.
