I didn't misspell, I mean the Association of the southeast Asian Nations

their website is http://www.aseansec.org/

but strangely they don't specify the criteria of country that could be their member

hmm, to be part of ASEAN, you have to be a nation in Southeast Asia. i think that's about it?
