Hello! I have been issued with a Schengen Visa from France Consulate, the visa is Mult entry, type C (i dont know whats that) and until april 08.
I have already been to France, now I'm back in UK, but i want to go to Spain or maybe Italy in the end of December.
My Question is whether I can go to those countries and use the same visa?
Should I apply for a new one in the Spanish/Italian Embassy?
or should I go to France first and then move freely inside the Schengen area? (thats is the option I rather don't do).
Have you experience something similar?

Yes, I would say you can use the same Visa as the Schengen part means that you can freely move around Europe in all the Countries that are part of the EU and have agreed to be part of the Schengen area. If I were you, just to be sure, I would contact the Embassy of the Countries that you wish to travel to, before travelling. This is the only way to be 100% sure that your visa is valid in both these Countries. I live in Austria and we asked our local governmental office and that's the advice they gave us. Countries that have signed up, should, let you enter the Country on this visa, but it is always better to check before going. Hope that helps and best of luck. |

Since your passport shows you already performed your visit to France, other Schengen countries will allow you to enter directly now. |

the maximum stay in which ever place within the schenegen space is 3 months.you will need to leave after that time and be out for 3 months then you can go back again for the 3 months,or better 90 days.italy and spain are part of the schengen space.i very much doubt that if you go through france anyone will ask for your visa,there really are no borders!!!.but be sure to not stay longer than the allowed 90 days.have fun |

The Shengen visa covers all the countries that signed up to it. Ireland and the UK did not. but Italy did. to be certain contact the Italian embassy really but i am almost certain that it allows you to go to all the countries that signed up to it. |
