As Poland is a Schengen nation...
Your friend will need to apply for a visa to any of the Schengen nations. Where his flight will land, and he gets out of the airport, that country, he will need to get a visa for. He will not need a passport or visa to enter any of the Schengen countries he enters. He will be able to enter any of the countries just like a normal European living within the area.
Your friend can freely travel in:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep., Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweeden, and Switzerland.
Being an Indian national, he will need a visa to enter any of the nations. He will be able to freely travel inside the Schengen zone.
If you want to give him an extension for an extended stay, he should probably ask the Polish embassy/consulate in India. They should be able to sort out his requirements. |

you could always send him an invitation, since he came last year? did he get out of Poland on time?if so? i do not see why he could not receive another visa.
and if he received a via? yes he could travel throughout Europe without problems,
basically his finances are the most important, the visa given are usually for 3 months,
he will have to prove his ties back to India, jobs, vacation from his job, things of that nature.personal insurance,to cover any illness and repatriation to India, but? i imagine he already knows all of this?
tell him to apply and see, |
