Well, it depends. We should NOT have invaded Iraq, but we should have done something about Darfur (along with other countries).

Yea, for trade and business, education and simple tourism too. Think of an Embassy as a human resource ofc for all activities American.

As usual, diametrically opposed to Anna P. Let her go die for Darfur. If it's a direct threat, otherwise we should isolate except for trade. And STOP paying for defense for other countries.

well, it depends on the severity of the affair. I mean if it's something simple and innocuous then no. but if there's a civil war where inhumanities are taking place or a genocide then we should definitely join in.

No, I do not think we need to get involved in foreign affairs. Let those that need help ...help themselves. We need to help Americans in America. People from other countries seem to hate Americans, so I say let them do for themselves. I'm tired of spending my tax dollar on countries that hate us.
