Single entry visa?

A visitor has come from india on a vistor visa which is valid for six months, and he wishes
to travel to barbados. But the problem is his
visa that he got from india to come into
the united kingdom is for single entry, so
will he be allowed to re-enter into the uk from barbados?

Whilst I obviously do not have sight of the Julius in question (Julius Ceaser - Visa), I suspect you miscontrue its use and meaning. All UK visas now grant entry under the VISAS AS LEAVE scheme. A visit visa is valid for multiple entries from the date of its issue until the date of its expiry, so long as the holder does not stay for longer than 180 days in a single stay.
If a visit visa is valid for two years, then the holder can enter and leave every week - if they so care - right up until the end of the visa. If they are in the UK when the visa expires then they are an OVERSTAYER and if they stay for 181 days in one go (without leaving) then again they OVERSTAY. If they enter or re-enter for any purpose other than a VISIT (ie as a tourist) they they are an ILLEGAL ENTRANT.

I checked my facts with a mate who is a visa officer overseas before answering. If you still do not undertand then re-state your confusion and I'll try to clear it up. In short - the Indian can re-enter if the visa is still valid and if the purpose of entry remains VISIT.
