South african passport!?

I have an appointment at the south african high commission to renew my passport but i'm not sure what documents or application forms to take with me. Should i get an application form before i go there or will i be able to get it there and fill it at the spot?

The website doesn't say much about the things you'll need and i can't call them directly!

no, get it all done before you go, you must be ready ahead of time, otherwise you will have to get another appointment, i went to a consulate in the US, to see what all you would need for a passport? i hope it is not an emergency, because it takes a long time for South Africa passport, here, go look at this page,
