i came here in UK with a spouse visa. basically, most of the papers i submit was provided by my husband. the most important thing in making an application for spouse visa is that you can SUPPORT AND ACCOMODATE the applicant WITHOUT RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS. my husband provide these documents, contract of employment, payslip, bank account, tenancy agreement. a little savings. i included our marriage contract, evidence of means of communication like emails, cards sent, your pictures together. preparation is the key thing and make sure you do your homework before submitting. :) |
