immigration officer said my monthly earning is 1000 pound and i'm paying 900.00 pound rent how can I support my husband they don't count my son n daughter pay 300 pound each which 600 pound he said it's third party sponser,appel is very close. i'm very nervous about wot type of questions judge will asked me.pls help me.

You will certainly lose this one and rightly so.Your son and daughter are free spirits and will eventually move into their own houses.In the eyes of the law your husband has a criminal record.Of course you must be with your husband and dont you think that you should return with him and live in his country.

You need to ba able to demonstrate that your children are legally obliged to pay you part of the rent. The only way this can be done is if their names are on the lease as well. If they are just unofficially paying you a share of the rent, then that does not change your financial situation as is not likely to get through in immigration court.

Are your children legally obligated to support you and your husband? Are their names on the lease so that they are each responsible for 1/3 of the rent? Even if you could include the 600 pounds from your children, the total of 1600 is far too little to support a family of 4.

You have no real recourse here and have wasted your time and scarce money on attempting to appeal this. You would be better off going to your husband's country of citizenship.
